That’s why we should ask us:
Where are we going to?
How are our guests changing?
How are we accepting technology in reference to the guest?
Are we still Concierges or simple numbers to be contacted for the services?
Are we still the main reference point for our guests?
Old School and New One: how do they compete in Europe?
But we should insist in discovering if:
We all have the right attitude to deal with our guests;
We are vendors or Concierges;
How good we are selling our location;
We are still an example for our colleagues;
We are going to prepare new generations to be a good Concierge;
And how we are going to do it…
